I work with organisations in developing themselves and their strategies, looking ahead, finding out what is important and then making sure this gets done.

I become part of the team and support them to thinking beyond their known horizons and achieve what they aim for.

Here are some examples of my work to date in this field:

Lead consultant to develop the United Nations Volunteers’ (UNV) 5-year Youth Volunteering Strategy and Programme, based on a participatory consultation process.

Development of a process of strategic transition of a UN supported Peer Education Network to become a fully independent global organisation with a partner for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

Researching with a partner the global state of youth policies and develop fact sheets for every member state of the United Nations (198 countries) for www.youthpolicy.org.

Development with a partner a training curriculum on body confidence and self-esteem for the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) with Dove.
